Minimum Order
Our online store books and accepts orders of 4,90 EUR or more. Since our
main line of business is wholesale it is rather difficult to arrange for orders
of a smaller amount. In order to overcome this you could easily order for friends
and family thus achieving the minimum order amount. We are confident that our variety
of products will appeal to you and help you with your selection of merchandise.

There are 4 ways:
- By Imagine Factory Delivery Service.
Especially for central areas within Attica we can deliver orders.
- By Post.
It takes 2-3 working days. Extra charges may be applicable for orders send to longer
distances or for heavy and bulky orders. In any case you will be notified of any
extra charges in advance.
- By a National Transport Agent.
It takes 1-2 working days for the whole of Greece. In this case customer has to
pick up the parcel from the warehouse of the National Transport Agency.
- By courier.
It takes 1-2 days with our collaborated courier Company. Extra charges may
be applicable for orders send to longer distances or for heavy and bulky orders.
In any case you will be notified of any extra charges in advance. Notice: it is
our responsibility to select the appropriate delivery method. In case a client needs
specified dispatching method or date or time, it is possible to do so at an extra
charge. Customers will be informed in advance of any extra charges.

If you are a retailer, you have the choice and an Invoice can be issued instead
of a Retail Receipt. An invoice is issued to companies or/and to businesses provided
the following data be filled in the order form:
- V.A.T. number
- Name of the Tax Office
- Profession (for business people) as well as a telephone number for direct contact.
PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE, PREFERABLY AT THE TIME
OF PLACING THE ORDER SO AS TO ISSUE AN INVOICE INSTEAD OF A RETAIL RECEIPT.

WHOLESALERS
GREECE
There are 3 ways:
- By Post.
It takes 2-3 working days. We will pay for the postage and the amount will be paid
together with the payment of the goods.
- By a National Transport Agent against Cash
payment or acceptance of a Bank cheque following our agreement. It takes 1-2 working
days for delivery to the whole of Greece. We co operate with the majority of forwarders
in the whole of Greece. The Customer pays for the transport fees.
- By courier
It takes 1-2 working days with our collaborated courier Company. Customer pays for
the courier fees.
EUROPE
There are 3 ways:
- By road (TIR) or Vessel.
It takes 1-2 working days for your forwarder to collect the goods from our warehouse.
Payment needs to be made in advance by a t/t remittance. After that we will deliver
your parcel (s) free to the Forwarding Agent of your choice. We ship goods with
EX FACTORY TERMS.
- By post.
It takes 1-2 working days. Payment needs to be made in advance by a t/t remittance.
After that we will deliver your parcel (s) free to the Post Office.
- By courier.
It takes 1-2 working days. Payment needs
to be made in advance by a t/t remittance. After that we will deliver your parcel
(s) free to Courier Service.
