information on its website, both as to the identity of the firm and to the online
transactions offered. The company shall not be liable for any errors incurred due
to an oversight in the recording of electronic data at the online store or errors
directly from the respective supplier. The images and product descriptions are indicative
and any errors or inaccuracies are the responsibility of the respective supplier.

result from the execution of orders or in any delay at implementation for any reason.
The online store branded STUDIO PAPAGALO can not guarantee the availability of products,
but will inform customers on product shortage or unavailability. The online store
provides the content (i.e. information, names, photos, illustrations, etc.), products
and services available through the website "as it is". The online shop www.studiopapagalo.gr
is not legally liable (in a civil or criminal manner) for any damages (direct or
indirect which leads to loss of profits, data, financial satisfaction, etc. ) which
may be incurred by visitors to the online shop or by third parties related to the
operation (or not) and / or use of this site, failure to provide services, products,
information supplied by them and any unauthorized third party interventions to products
and / or services, information available through the site. Should there be any case
of legal dispute the responsible Courts are those of Athens / Piraeus.
When there is no indication of execution time upon order, the delivery will be no
later than thirty (30) days after receipt of the order from the online shop www.studiopapagalo.gr
unless there is a problem in the availability of the product or it is a matter of
force majeure which will be made known to the customer while making the order. Orders
are acceptable and will be dispatched to countries within the European area without
excluding other countries. The orders are executed daily between the hours of 10:00-17:00
except Saturdays, Sundays, Public holidays and vacations’ season during the month
of August. The product prices are quoted net for Wholesalers (ie not including the
accrued VAT tax). The online store www.studiopapagalo.gr reserves the right to update
or change prices without prior notice to the customer. Prices for retail customers
are gross and include any VAT tax which applies on each product.

to the personal information of users, is treated confidential.

Cancelling an Order
For any order cancellation (totally or partially) you must contact us immediately
on sales@studiopapagalo.gr
No cancellation is possible after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Returns
Items purchased may be returned within 10 days from the date delivered. In this
case you will need to pay for the cost of return.
The returned items are accepted only in their original condition without having
been opened and in their original packaging, along with the relevant receipt or
invoice. Returned goods will not be accepted if their packaging has been altered
in any way, opened or damaged or if they have been operated in any way.
In order to avoid any inconvenience we advise you to carefully check the condition
of the items delivered to you as well as their packaging (to be sealed and intact),
upon the time of delivery, so any possible discrepancies can be dealt with immediately
(i.e. broken merchandise, items dispatched in error etc.)
The online shop www.studiopapagalo.gr does not accept any returned merchandise that
has been opened and/or used.
All returns of goods purchased in the

- Force majeure. In case of “force majeure” (bad weather conditions, strikes, lack
of stock etc.) where we are unable to deliver your order within the prearranged
time frame, we will contact you via e-mail to inform you and in order to confirm
that you wish us to complete your order.

dispatched and backs up every purchase made online. Any defected items should be
returned within 10 days from the day of delivery, inside its original packaging.
